Begin by ensuring your pool or spa is operational and the water is circulating effectively. Test the current chlorine levels and water balance to determine the appropriate amount of shock treatment required. For routine maintenance, use 10-20 grams of InSpire Granular Shock per 1,000 liters (approximately 220 gallons) of water. For more significant contamination or algae issues, increase the dosage to up to 30 grams per 1,000 liters.

Measure the necessary amount of granular shock treatment with a clean, dry scoop or measuring cup. Dissolve the granules in a clean bucket of water, stirring well to ensure complete dissolution. Pour the dissolved solution evenly around the pool or spa while the water is circulating.

Allow the water to circulate for at least 4-6 hours following the application of the shock treatment. During this time, keep the pool or spa cover off to enable any gases to escape.

After the circulation period, test the water to verify the chlorine levels and adjust as needed based on the results. Store any remaining InSpire Granular Shock in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat, and out of reach of children and pets. Ensure the container is tightly sealed when not in use.
