Hot Tub Servicing

Service your Hot Tub or Swim Spa to keep it operating at maximum efficiency.

Remove dirt and debris and prevent bacteria, parasites, and mould with an annual hot tub or swim spa service. Over time, contaminants can build up inside the complex pipework of the hot tub or swim spa and it will require more than simple draining and refilling to tackle them. Servicing your hot tub or swim spa at least once a year will ensure that pipework is clean and contaminant-free and will test all electrical components to make sure everything is operating safely.

Shut Down/Rise and Shine

If you will not be using your hot tub or swim spa during the colder winter months then it is important to fully winterise it properly. Simply draining and switching off the hot tub or swim spa will not protect it from icy temperatures and can cause damage to electrical systems and pipework. Protect your hot tub or swim spa fully and prevent freezing temperatures from damaging delicate hot tub components by having your tub professionally winterised.

Valet Service

The Valet service includes all aspects for the shut down service along with additional features such as removing and fully cleaning filters, headrests, jet internals, cabinets, covers and more. The valet service also includes shock treatments and water replenishment. A great option if you’re looking to give your spa a thorough clean and get your tub in tip top condition.

Full Service

Our full service includes all aspects for the valet services with additional checks of all components and valves. New heater tube seals are fitted where required and all other valves are checked. This is the ideal service when your hot tub or swim spa is in real need, our full service deep cleans your hot tub making it a clean safe place to relax in.

Preparation

        Conditions for services

The normal quote and labour allocation for any service will be one technician. In the event that two technicians should arrive on-site this may be due to training purposes and will not affect your quote.

The standard allotted time for any service is up to 3 hours to perform the quoted tasks. Any additional time over 3 hours may be charged for.

The prices listed are based on locations within a 50 mile radius of S41 9RT, outside this additional mileage fees apply at £2.50 per mile.

For this reason, please inform us of any issues that could impede work, such as restricted space, gazebo surrounds, or a difficult location. This will allow us to provide you with an accurate quotation for any non-standard works that may be required.

We will attempt to remove and clean each jet. Occasionally, some jets may be non-removable or will be damaged by removal due to the deterioration of materials. Jets that need replacing due to deterioration will be chargeable.

Lastly, we will need access to a water supply and hose pipe to refill the hot tub or swim spa.
