Preparation

Before we arrive there are a few things we will need before repairing your hot tub or swim spa to make the process as smooth as possible. 

  • Please ensure that whenever possible your hot tub or swim spa is filled as normal
  • Access to 3 pin UK plug
  • Access to the Circuit breaker in your consumer unit for the hot tub or swim spa (normally known as the RCD. Not the isolation switch located outside.
  • Access to a water supply and a hose pipe

Conditions for repairs

  • The standard allotted time for any repairs is up to 2 hours to perform the quoted tasks. Any additional time over 2 hours may be charged for. 
  • The prices listed are based on locations within a 50-mile radius of S41 9RT, outside this additional mileage fees apply at £2.50 per mile. 
  • For this reason, please inform us of any issues that could impede work, such as restricted space, gazebo surrounds, or a difficult location.
  • If your availability changes, kindly notify us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary travel. If our technician arrives at the agreed time and is unable to gain access to the property, it will be recorded as a failed visit. Any subsequent visit will incur a charge of £2.50 per mile from our Chesterfield HQ.
  • Please provide Photos and video wherever possible to support diagnostics
  • For acrylic repairs or defects, please ensure the spa is drained prior to the technician’s arrival. It will need to remain empty for at least 24 hours after the repair.
