This guide will outline everything you need to know about the specific requirements for your chosen hot tub, ensuring you have the correct base size and electrical setup ready for installation.

1. Delivery Option
Our standard delivery service is free of charge on all hot tubs and swim spas. A two man delivery team will offload your hot tub or swim spa from our vehicle and will position it in your garden. A minimum of 1.2 metre width is required if we are moving the hot tub or swim spa. Please look out for steps, drain pipes, gates, corners etc, which could impact 1.2 metres. Please contact us if you need any advice on this.
Once it is in your chosen location, our team will lower the hot tub and move this into its final position. Our delivery team will remove all packaging from the product and will ensure that your property is left neat and tidy.
When delivering Saunas and Baths, we currently only offer a kerbside delivery.
2. Collection Option
If you would like to collect your hot tub please call us on 01246 559071
(select option 2). We will then check whether the hot tub is in stock and/or when it is available for collection.
Our delivery team will then be able to book you in for a collection date
and time as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for a collection.
Before setting off on your journey for collecting your hot tub please call 01246 559071 (option 2) to reconfirm.
Please make sure the vehicle you are collecting with is appropriate for your load i.e. a flatbed van or car with a trailer.

Once you arrive at the gates, please pull into the first building on your left where a member from the warehouse team will be waiting for you.
*Please also note that crane services are not included in any of our delivery packages. If you suspect that you may need a crane assisted delivery then please contact us for further information and pricing. You can also email over a photo of the access and speak with our Logistics team for
advice.

Delivery FAQ'S
Delivery Costs to UK Mainland
All Wellness Co. Hot Tubs and Swim Spas include our standard free delivery and installation*.
Delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands – please contact us for delivery charges.
Please note, we only deliver the Astraios range outside of the 20 mile radius from Chesterfield (S41 9RT). Delivery is included within 200 miles.
Anything over 200 miles from S41 9RT will be charged at £2.63 per
additional mile. All other ranges are only delivered within a 20 mile
radius of Chesterfield.
On all overseas orders please contact us for delivery charges.
Delivery insurance to cover damage that may occur during delivery is available at a cost of £150
Delivery Cancellation
Delivery will need to be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. If we are noticed later than this point then there will be a cancellation charge
of £150 and a re delivery scheduling charge of £400 will occur.
If your product is in stock
If your desired product is in stock you can expect it to be delivered in
5-28 working days for Hot Tubs and Swim Spas (sometimes this time may increase due to popularity of products and stock levels) and 1-3 working days for accessories and parts. Our products will be sent from our warehouse directly to you. If there are any weather problems or anything that may affect your estimated delivery time we will contact you. We will explain if there will be any change to the date in which you will receive your product and hopefully a new estimated date.
We are not liable for any delivery delays after the product has left our warehouse but we can guarantee that we will investigate why there has been a delay.
