How can i prepare for the installation?
Having a hot tub or swim spa delivered is an exciting time. We want to make sure you are fully prepared for the safe delivery, installation and long-term use of your hot tub.
When your hot tub is in stock or due to arrive shortly we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. This will be approximately 14 days before delivery.
Please ensure you have met the requirements before we contact you to arrange a delivery date. When we telephone you to book your delivery date, you must confirm you have met each requirement.
What are my delivery options?
Our standard delivery service is free of charge on all hot tubs and swim spas. A two man delivery team will offload your hot tub or swim spa from our vehicle and will position it in your garden. A minimum of 1.2 metre width is required if we are moving the hot tub or swim spa. Please look out for steps, drain pipes, gates, corners etc, which could impact 1.2 metres. Please contact us if you need any advice on this.
What should I look for when buying a hot tub?
When looking to purchase a spa it is important that you check key areas such as the quality of the components used such as the control packs, pumps and the jets used. It is also important to check about the warranty and the after sales service. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our exceptional after care service.
