Is the Chill Tubs Essential easy to fill, and does it come with a lid to help keep the water clean?
Yes, the Chill Tubs Essential is very easy to fill—just use a hose pipe and fill it with cold water up to about 15 cm (6 inches) below the top ring (no more than two-thirds full). For an extra chill, you can add ice or ice packs. The insulated design helps keep the water colder for longer. Both the Chill Tubs Essential Pod and Bath come with an inflatable Thermo Lid to help keep the water clean. We recommend changing the water weekly without any additives and cleaning the inside with warm soapy water to maintain the tub's longevity.
Can you add sanitizer to the water, how long does it stay cold, and how do you empty the Chill Tubs Essential?
You don’t need sanitizer, but Chill Tabs can extend water use for up to a month. The water stays cold depending on temperature and your cold adaptation. Start with short dips to learn your limits. To empty, just unscrew the ‘Water Out’ drain plug, and clean the tap regularly
How long will my delivery take?
Accessories and parts are shipped on a next day delivery service. Any orders made before 1pm, will usually arrive the next day.
